My husband and I have bought and sold numerous properties over the years, but we had no idea what we where missing in the buying/selling process until we worked with Caitlin. From setting the price, to staging the property, and negotiating the sale, she was informative, responsive, and knowledgeable. Caitlin was always accessible, answering all our questions within minutes. Having previously worked with several realtors we now know that none of them ever provided the customer service or possessed Caitlin’s knowledge of the area and the Tampa buying/selling process. We were so comfortable with Caitlin that at times we forgot we were in the middle of selling our property.
