This summer, we worked with Brian as the listing agent on our home and as the purchasing agent on our new property. The sale of our property went very well, though the process took a month (we, of course, were hoping for a weekend!). Certainly Brian was proactive and extremely creative in the marketing of the house. Everything from brochures, website presentations, and open houses to suggestions about how to best present the property were extremely professional….the best we have ever seen, frankly. His cohorts pale by comparison. The new home purchase was a piece of cake. The “rate of movement” was lightning fast. In a very competitive market, Brian aggressively presented our offer and secured a purchase agreement within 12 hours of our viewing the property! Beyond all this, may we add, Brian is at all times pleasant, reassuring, delightful, trustworthy, and tireless. His skills certainly reflect his experience as a real estate professional and his character as a person.
