With 1,000 condos listed in Seattle, we were not optimistic about selling our condo quickly for what we considered a fair price…especially since only one condo had closed in our complex in the past 12 months.

Enter Brian. He masterfully coached us about what it would take to sell the condo in terms of staging, realistic pricing, and marketing. He spoke. We listened. The result was a sale in 45 days, an effortless closing, and a happy buyer and seller. You can’t beat that. Oh yes, we live in Minnesota so all of this was done long distance. He was a great communicator even when there was not much to report. You can’t beat that.

I just wish I had more property in Seattle to sell. Brian would definitely be my “go to” guy.
