Brandy and her team were amazing from start to finish. My calls, texts, and emails were always promptly answered and I was kept up to date during each phase of the transaction. There was a time when I was ready to give up on the sale and find a different buyer but Brandy was confident she could and did save the transaction. They even recommended a terrific contractor when I needed to make some repairs. In the end I sold for more than I expected and Brandy and her team was able to negotiate a long list of requested repairs from the buyer to a few key repairs that cost me much less than I was ready to offer. I recommend her without hesitation!
