Brad helped us find our perfect home in a tight market a few years ago. We had to begin our search while still out of state, and continued with only a few days for a search in town. Brad lined up the prospects and made great use of our limited time to help us find, negotiate, and close a deal on our new home. We were able to leave a number of details (including arranging some prep of the place while we were still out of town) for Brad to resolve, since we were out of town. Throughout every step, we relax knowing we were in good hands.
