Review for Blake Samples by Tess R

Our situation was quite unique, to say the least. We were working off of a less than 45 day timeline, we were currently living over 500 miles away, and had a 15 day vacation in between across the globe with an 8 hour difference. On top of all of that, we are not that familiar with Nashville, and were first time homeowners. We would give Blake and Nicole 5 stars all around. We were sending Blake homes in the middle of the night and first thing in the morning he would see what was still on the market and FaceTime us the houses later that day. We put quite literally ALL of our trust in Blake and we could not be happier to be owning our (gorgeous) first home! Nicole was fantastic to work with. She was always available to answer any questions we had about the house and tracked down any obscure requests we had. There were no details overlooked thanks to them! Blake and Nicole are quite a team, and we are so grateful to have worked with them! We would recommend them over and over again if you are looking to buy a home in Nashville
