Review for Bill Knecht by Michael G

We found “Team Knecht” via NAGLREP! We were relocating to Tampa from the Midwest and had some real “wants” in our new home. Some of those wants didn’t match up perfectly with our location preferences. Bill and Joe worked VERY hard to read us and lead us to our eventual home. They also helped with all the other transactions leading up to closing while we were a thousand miles away. I can’t recommend them enough.

We have since referred friends who had to sell to Bill and Joe. They were also super pleased as they moved out of the area, yet there listing and marketing went very well, and the sale of their home has completed in just a month and a half.
