Ann is the consummate professional. She patiently guided us through the process of buying a newly built house from a home developer, alerting us to so many things we would never have thought about. Ann’s attention to detail and knowledge of the market was invaluable and she stopped by the house several times to check on the builder’s progress, even though we didn’t ask.
