I had a very unique situation where I was looking and then purchasing a home while away from Denver. I told Alex what I was looking for and he came back with some great properties to look at. Alex’s knowledge of the area, exactly where I should (and should not) live was great! I was on a strict timeline on my first visit when we were looking at properties. By the end of the week, not only did I find a home, but an offer had been made and accepted. Alex knowing my situation even made it possible for me to attend the inspection before my flight out.
While away for a month, the paperwork and work behind acquiring the property never seemed to stop. It’s like I was in Denver the entire time. After closing Alex helped me get my utilities hooked up, and has been very informative on some other questions I’ve had regarding the property.
