I used Alex to assist me with a sale in the Parkhill neighborhood. I had only owned the home for a brief period of time, but Alex was able to market it very well and I realized a large return over my initial purchase price. I also was suffering through some health issues at the time of closing and Alex was able to facilitate completing the closing process from my home which was greatly helpful. I highly recommend him
