Matt helped us get not one but two offers accepted after a string of failed offers with other agents. We were combing the web and all of the real estate apps for new listings but Matt was very proactive in going to open houses for realtors before the listings were up on Zillow or the MLS so we got the jump on both of these homes before everyone else. He found our home for us, got our offer accepted, and helped us combat issues along the way. He’s pleasant and says in contact throughout the entire process.
