When my husband and I found out we were moving to Nashville from Charlotte, we were overwhelmed by our to-do list but Kate made our home search one of the easiest and definitely most enjoyable parts. We were prepared to make multiple trips to Nashville to find our perfect home, but we were able to do it in just one trip with Kate’s help and diligent preparation. We kept a shared google doc for our favorite homes, and she made notes on the areas which helped us narrow down the list before our visit. She FaceTimed is for our final walk through so we didn’t have to take another trip, which was a huge help for us. Kate made the entire process seamless and I look forward to working with her in the future, but for now we are enjoying our perfect new home!
