I had been looking for a future retirement community in the Destin area and periodically checked listings on Zillow.com. I clicked on a listing that Adam Bazzell had. Although we were 2 years away from a possible move, Adam continued to send me updates on listings that met my criteria, and called to followup to see how our plans were progressing. We made a trip to the area in April and Adam showed us several properties, including single family homes, a townhouse and a condo. The last house we viewed was “the one”, and made an offer. Another offer had been made, but Adam was able to close the deal and got us our dream home! Several other agents had contacted me but quickly lost interest after learning we weren’t immediately ready to buy. Adam kept in touch, and when we finally met, we felt very comfortable with him, and his knowledge of the market. He made the whole experience very easy, and the closing went through without a hitch.
