It just doesn’t get any better than Frank Goolsby with PalmerHouse Properties. He is, quite simply, the BEST.

He was absolutely the right person to put at the helm of helping us find and purchase our new home in Villa Rica. We still can’t quite believe how lucky we were to have found him and his fantastic team.
Throughout our search for a new home with Frank, he was incredibly responsive and always available to talk or answer any questions.

He was also always able to show us new listings quickly – often the same day and with very little notice. It was wonderful!
Best of all, Frank made the process of looking at new homes so fun and enjoyable, we ended up seeing way more than should be allowed (sorry for that Frank!) but he was just such a nice person to be around and see houses with!

Every step of the way he was patient, encouraging, insightful and so very helpful. He knew all the details about every house and everything about each area of town we visited. No one has ever worked harder for us.

And then things got really good! Frank found us the perfect house. Better yet, he somehow made sure we were the very first potential buyers to see it – which gave us the best possible chance to make a deal quickly and purchase the house, which we did!

The entire process of finding, viewing, inspecting, purchasing and closing could not have gone more smoothly for us – all thanks to Frank’s incredibly valuable guidance and expertise. Frank is “full service” and was there for us every step of the way!

Our greatest thanks to Frank! Our experience working with him was stellar, and we will be sending all our friends and family his way for their real estate buying and selling needs.
