Buying a property in California is tough and SF is one of the toughest markets in the world! I had a hard time navigating the nuances of purchasing a property, where to start and how to go about it! But then I found Clay. Once you have him on your side, you can just relax and sip on your favorite cocktail. He’s got your back and knows what he is doing! Meetings and sync ups with him are efficient and optimized. The dude has taste and understands different styles to incorporate his client’s needs. Oftentimes he would remind me that a property was not for me because of this.

As I am writing this, I don’t think I would have become a property owner if it wasn’t for Clay. The sweet midwestern Clay, with his elevated West Coast & New York taste and never ending dad jokes.
