I will never work with another agent besides Joe so long as I am looking in the Boston area. Beyond just being a pleasure to work with and tour apartments with, he was incredibly good at his job. Great attention to detail, focusing on many important aspects of listings that I don’t have knowledge of. Very well organized, he kept tabs on a wide selection and helped us narrow down and find the place we loved. He’s an excellent communicator and seemingly knows and has great relationships with everyone in Boston. A++
