Mo was exceptional!!! I am a first time home buyer who had little knowledge of the process before my interaction with Mo. She not only provided me with the knowledge, but she put me in touch with people that could help me along the way. Every interaction with her contacts were pleasant and they were competent in their respective fields. This was important to me as I wanted my interactions to be seamless across the board. The constant communication she provided via text, email, phone calls, video conferences were so vital in my home purchasing process. Mo provided me with weekly video updates on the progression of my home, which saved me time and kept me up to date on the construction stages. When an issue arose with patio placement she was able to intervene and get it rectified so it would not delay closing. She kept documentation of all correspondences between parties involved which definitely came in handy in moments like this. I can honestly say I would not have gone through this important process seamlessly without her as my advocate.
