By staying on top of what was happening with a previous offer on the cabin, Tillie was able to help me follow through and make the purchase. I was impressed that she called the agent who was helping me sell another home and worked with him to get a sense of the timing on that sale. She also followed up with the president of the LOA to ensure we knew all the details about the cabin property. These are just some examples of how proactive Tillie is.
