David McEachern came highly recommended by quite a few trusted friends and acquaintances when we first decided to make the move from San Francisco to Atlanta, and we realized almost immediately why his work has generated such enthusiasm and positive experiences among his clients: His extensive knowledge of the Atlanta-area real-estate market, his deep familiarity with the ins and outs of buying property in this area, and his readiness to go to bat for his clients—as well as his intuitiveness, accessibility, patience, and, most of all, huge heart—make him the ideal realtor for anyone seeking a new Atlanta-area home.

We couldn’t have been the easiest house hunters to work with. We’d moved to Atlanta with little more than the vaguest idea of the neighborhood we wanted to settle in or even the type of place we wanted (condo, standalone house, townhome).

David was able to navigate us smoothly through this new terrain.

From the onset David asked us pertinent questions that would help him guide us on our search, and he shared his expert knowledgeable and insightful answers to all of our many inquiries, whether they be general (regarding area real-estate trends, and market fluctuations from neighborhood to neighborhood) or more specific to our particular situation (such as commute times to and from work or which neighborhood eateries offered the best burger).

Furthermore, his patience was limitless, his accessibility unprecedented, and his loyalty unmatched, as we tortured ourselves (and often him) with the difficult choice of trying to decide which neighborhood we would be happiest in and what type of residence would suit us best. David’s guidance was always authoritative but never aggressive. He was accessible to us day or night, whether by phone, text, or email. If he wasn’t immediately available he would get back to us within an hour or sooner. We understood that he was working with multiple clients at once, but David always made us feel as if we were his only client and his highest priority.

When things got tricky and bumpy during our search, and we couldn’t decide on a property even after we had made an offer on a place and were thinking about changing our minds, David assured that we needn’t worry about dealing with the sellers and listing agents; that was his job, not ours. Our only job as far as he was concerned was to find the home that we would be happy in.

And find it we did. And David navigated us gracefully through the inevitable rollercoaster ride from offer to closing.
