I got in touch with Guy by coincidence but I couldn’t have asked for a better and more helpful agent. He was patient, communicative and responsive, flexible with timings, knowledgeable, took the time to listen and understand what I needed and make helpful suggestions, and never made me feel pressured at any time. As a result of working with him I closed on my first investment property within three months of first starting my search, even though I had no prior experience with the buying proces. He also helped rent out my place pretty quickly, even though his primary focus is sales. I’d gladly work again with Guy on my next property when the time comes.
