When choosing a Realtor for our home purchase, we conducted a lot of research to see who would be the
best choice as we were relocating from >1,400 miles away and it was important to select a Realtor that we
could trust and rely on to guide us through our purchase. Jeffrey Clonts stood out above the rest and now we
can honestly say that he exceeds all expectations.

Jeffrey showed us many homes and toured the home we chose via pictures and video and worked through
our many questions regarding measurements, layout, etc. Jeffrey guided us through the entire purchase and
provided helpful information regarding the area, utilities, things to do, etc. without ever being prompted. This
information allowed us to feel more comfortable with the area of town and services available in the area.

Simply put, out of all of the real estate transactions we’ve been a part of – this was the easiest and smoothest
of them all, thanks to Jeffrey. We would recommend Jeffrey to anyone needing a Realtor. Best of all, we
now consider Jeffrey a valued friend and look forward to our friendship growing as we move into the area.
