We have recently relocated from Phoenix, Arizona to Austin, Texas. It was quite the process, new job, temporary housing, selling a home in Phoenix and looking for a new one in Austin. It is probably not necessary to state, but it was a stressful time.

When we first met with Eric, we were impressed that he was on time and professional, and took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for in a home here in Austin. Throughout the process of finding and purchasing our new home Eric went above and beyond. Eric is a true professional who loves what he does, and it shows in his attention to detail, work ethic (I don’t think he ever stops!), and consummate professionalism. Eric was with us every step of the way, he was present at viewings, and he was present and contributed to the inspections and walkthroughs of our new home, as well as for the actual closing! Eric was really our rock through this process; Eric removed the stress and made this process enjoyable.

There are many realtors to choose from, but Eric is a cut above the rest. We highly recommend Eric Johnston, and will certainly use him in the future.
