We absolutely loved working with David during our home buying process. He is extremely knowledgable about the area and the market, which was so helpful given how competitive it is here in Bend. We particularly loved that he was able to talk through potential design and layout ideas, which ultimately helped us find the perfect home that just needed a little bit of creative thinking to make it what we wanted. So fortunate to have found David Gilmore! Like many people during 2020, we decided to make the move to beautiful Central Oregon. Coming from the Bay Area meant that we didn't know anybody in Redmond or Bend, let alone an excellent realtor. My husband and I found David on NAGLREP and other sites after looking at many reviews similar to this one from people who could attest to David's skill at listening to his clients and finding just the right property. We also wanted someone who would understand our community. The additional challenge for us was that we needed to find something very fast and we only had a three day weekend in order to do a search. After several phone calls where David got to know our taste and style, we flew up on a Thursday afternoon from San Francisco. David already had a full agenda and all the information we could possibly hope to receive on each property we were going to look at. By Saturday afternoon, our offer (which was under the asking price) had been accepted for a beautiful new construction home with a fantastic view in Eagle Crest. From start to finish, we knew we were in the hands of an exceptionally experienced and well-versed professional realtor who focused on our criteria for a new home and never wasted our time. Our experience with David could not have been better. We have him to thank for our lovely new home which we plan to spend many years in.
